Yo! I’m JB. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with human movement—any and every kind. It started with watching ninja cartoons, which inspired me to begin martial arts training at the age of 6. Fast forward to today, I’m an amateur MMA fighter and still watching ninja cartoons!
Through my obsession with movement, I discovered another passion: helping others move how they want, grow how they want, and ultimately live how they want.

That’s why I started Atomo—to help you! With over a decade of experience in strength and conditioning, nutrition coaching, and injury prevention and recovery, I’ve learned that coaching goes far beyond fitness plans or nutrition strategies. For me, it’s about playing whatever role I can in helping you become your best self.
I want to help you feel free in your body, move and live without fear of injury, keep up with the demands of daily life, and build sustainable strategies to help you do all of this while moving meaningfully towards your goals. The work we’ll do together isn’t just about progress in the gym—it’s about empowering you to live fully, confidently, and on your terms.
